Basics

Administrative proceedings, appeal and judicial review

The measures depend on the stage of the case, the content of the instruction, the time-limits and previous activities. Preparation of an administrative letter does not automatically mean representation before an administrative court.

Appeals and representation

After document analysis, we determine possible actions. Representation in a court may be conducted only by the person empowered in the proceedings concerned and on the basis of a separate confirmed scope.

Support for documents and procedures

We prepare pleadings, help complete documents and support at the stages covered by the agreement.

Service in Gdańsk and the whole of Poland

We conduct matters locally in the Pomeranian Voivodeship and remotely for clients from all over Poland.

To whom?

Who we help with administrative proceedings and judicial review

We help those who have received an official request or decision, who are waiting for a decision, or who want to arrange further actions. First we check the documents, date and extent of possible support.

Persons in need of representation and procedural support

After document analysis, we determine possible actions. Representation in a court may be conducted only by the person empowered in the proceedings concerned and on the basis of a separate confirmed scope.

Persons in need of judicial assistance

FAQ

The most common questions concern judicial matters and official proceedings

The most common questions concern court cases, official proceedings, appeals against decisions, complaints to the administrative court and ways to accelerate cases related to legalisation of residence and work in Poland.

How long can court or administrative proceedings last?

Time depends on the type of proceedings, stage of the case, completeness of documents and actions taken by the authority or court. After analysis, we can specify the terms resulting from the regulations and instructions, but we do not guarantee the date of the settlement.

Is it possible to file a complaint about the inaction of the authority?

The possibility of a complaint depends on the type of proceedings and the prior use of appropriate measures, including in principle reminders. Before the action, the file, time limits and the competent authority must be checked.

Can you appeal a negative decision of the authority?

The possibility and time limit of appeal arise from the type of decision and instruction. First we check the date of service, the content of the decision and the available legal measure.

What if the authority does not respond to the application for a long time?

First, it is necessary to determine whether the application was complete, when the deadline runs and whether the authority carried out operations. Depending on the case, a reminder may be possible, followed by a further measure provided for by the provisions.

Are you helping to prepare trial papers and appeals?

We can confirm the extent of the assistance after document analysis and deadline. If the action requires representation before a court or the participation of a professional representative, we shall inform you before concluding a contract and indicate a separate scope.
