How do we handle a residence card case?
We support you from the first conversation until the proceedings are completed. We prepare and submit the application, communicate with the authority, respond to official requests, provide additional documents and, if the case takes too long, submit a formal reminder (ponaglenie) as part of the service.

Submission of an application
We help submit the application to the competent authority. If you need to attend in person, for example to provide fingerprints, we explain in advance what you need to do.
Handling the case before the authority
We continue to handle your case after the application is submitted. We respond to official requests, prepare replies and provide the additional documents required during the proceedings.
Formal reminder (ponaglenie) and further action
If the proceedings take too long, we prepare and submit a formal reminder (ponaglenie) as part of the case-handling fee. Once the decision is issued, we explain its meaning and provide our guide to the obligations that apply after receiving the residence card.

Do you offer payment by instalments?
Yes. Payment for selected services can be split into up to four instalments. We agree the number and due dates before starting and align them with the stages of the case.
Are we signing a cooperation agreement?
Yes. Before starting the paid service, we confirm its scope, price and principles of cooperation.
I don’t speak Polish well. Can I get some help?
Yes. Contact us in Polish, English and Russian. When you first call, write which language you want to speak.
Do you have the right experience?
On the team website we describe the roles and experience of individual people. Before starting the service, you know who will be responsible for contacting and performing the agreed activities.
How long can the process take?
Implementation time depends on the type of case and official procedures. During the consultation, after examining your situation, we will explain the steps and factors affecting its time.
