When do I get an answer?
After reading the application we will answer by the channel you indicated. If the matter is urgent, call me and give me a time limit from the letter or decision.
Is first contact paid?
A brief conversation to determine the type of case is free. If you need consultation or analysis of documents, we will give the scope and price in advance.
I don’t speak Polish well. Can I get help?
Yes. Contact us in Polish, English and Russian. When you first call, write which language you want to speak.
Should I send the papers right away?
No. A short description is enough for the initial enquiry. Do not send scans of documents or identification numbers through the form - if necessary, we will arrange a secure channel.
Can the meeting be held online?
Yes. The first conversation and many consultations can take place online. The meeting at the office in Gdańsk is scheduled for a specific date.
