Data Administrator<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The administrator of personal data is Krzysztof Graman, an entrepreneur operating under the brand name of the Polskie Centrum Rezydencji, NIP 5783064532, address: ul. prof. What data we receive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the data provided in the form, e-mail, telephone call or messaging app, in particular the name, contact details, subject matter and content of the query;<\/li><li>the data needed for the conclusion and execution of the contract and the settlements if you choose to use the service;<\/li><li>technical data related to use of the website, such as the IP address and information about the device, browser, website events and cookies, to the extent determined by your consent settings;<\/li><li>the data provided by the client, his representative, employer or other qualified person in connection with the case.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not send documents, identification numbers or sensitive data through the usual contact form. The method of transmission of documents shall be determined only after the case has been accepted and the relevant channel has been identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Objectives, legal bases and processing period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Response to the inquiry and preliminary conversation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use the data to read your enquiry, contact you and determine whether we can help. If you request contact about a possible service, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If the message is not intended to lead to a contract, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain the data for the time needed to complete the contact and then, where justified, until the applicable limitation period for pursuing or defending claims has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ticking the box next to the form confirms that you have read the information about data processing. It is not consent to marketing and does not change the legal bases described above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entering into and performing a contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you use our services, we process the data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR), the performance of legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR), and the determination, enforcement or defence of claims (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We keep the data for the period of performance of the contract and then for the period required by the provisions or necessary to protect against claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safety and proper operation of the service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical data can be processed to protect the service, detect fraud, keep technical logs and delete errors. The basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring the safety and reliability of the service (Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Logs are kept for a period of reasonable safety and diagnostics, and longer only when needed to explain an incident or protect claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analytics and optional cookies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The analytical and marketing tools are launched after obtaining the required consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the \u201cCookies\u201d link in the footer. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of prior processing. The period of operation of individual cookies is visible in the cookie settings panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Data recipients and suppliers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be received by entities that support us with website maintenance, hosting, email, forms, CRM systems, analytics, accounting and advisory services, as well as public authorities where disclosure is required by law. Depending on the service, providers act under an agreement and our instructions or as separate controllers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service can, among other things, use WordPress, Contact Form 7 and Flamingo to handle applications, Cookieyes to manage consents and Google services related to map, reviews, fonts or analytics. The range of running tools may depend on your cookie settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Transmission of data outside the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In this case, the transfer takes place using a mechanism authorised by the GDPR, for example a decision stating the appropriate degree of protection or standard contractual clauses, according to the rules of the supplier concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>access to and receipt of copies of data;<\/li><li>rectification of incorrect data;<\/li><li>erasure of data or restriction of its processing &#45; where the conditions set out in the GDPR are met;<\/li><li>data portability &#45; where processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means;<\/li><li>objection to processing based on our legitimate interest;<\/li><li>withdrawal of consent at any time if the data are processed on its basis;<\/li><li>to lodge a complaint with the President of the authority for Personal Data Protection.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your rights, write on <a href=\"mailto:biuro@pcr-legal.pl\">biuro@pcr-legal.pl<\/a>. Before fulfilling the request we can ask for the information needed to confirm the identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Providing data is voluntary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The submission of data in the form is voluntary, but without contact details we will not answer the request. The data required for the conclusion of a contract or for the performance of legal obligations may be necessary for the commencement or continuation of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Automated Decisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not make decisions based solely on form data that produce legal effects for you or similarly significantly affect you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cookies are small information stored on the device. Cookies are essential for the operation and safety of the service. Other categories, such as analytical or marketing, require consent if this is the result of regulations. Policy changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policy is updated when regulations change, the way the service works or the suppliers used.
